Information used to provide the service
Depending on the features you use, we process account details, your submitted code and answers, uploaded resumes, session materials, practice results and payment status. Stripe handles payment details. Authentication and storage use our configured identity and hosting providers.
AI and recording
Using an AI feature sends the required input to its configured provider, which may include OpenAI, Anthropic or Google. Avoid submitting sensitive or confidential information that is not necessary. Recording and transcription require the participation consent shown before the session. Quick reasoning checks use a fixed answer key and do not call an AI provider.
Optional analytics
Browser product analytics remain off until you allow them. You can withdraw in Privacy & data. Session replay is disabled. Essential authentication, transaction and security records are separate from optional analytics. We do not currently enable server-side product analytics.
Retention and requests
Saved materials support your requested features. Request access or deletion in Privacy & data or by email. Requests are reviewed by support and shown as pending until completed. Required transaction records, backups subject to their lifecycle, and records under a legal hold may need different treatment. We do not promise instant removal from every copy.
International processing
Providers may process data outside your country. Contact privacy@cairn.so for the processing and transfer arrangements applicable to your account. An analytics choice does not constitute blanket consent for every international transfer.
