Cairn is an independent interview preparation service operated by FelixAI LLC, California, USA. You must be at least 18 to create an account.
Practice and feedback
Exercises, automated checks and AI feedback are learning tools. They do not certify your ability, predict a hiring decision or guarantee a job. Coaches participate in their personal capacity and do not represent their employers.
Your account and content
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for having the rights needed to submit your materials. Do not upload confidential employer information or third-party questions without permission. You retain rights in your own work; we process it to provide the features you request.
Payment and cancellation
The price, currency, included usage and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Recurring plans continue until cancelled. Sprint ends after its stated term. You can manage renewal online in your account. Credit packs and coaching have separate terms shown before purchase.
Content availability
Content may be unavailable while its publishing rights are reviewed. Contact support if a material part of a paid service becomes unavailable so we can review an appropriate remedy. Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, redistribute protected materials, impersonate another person, attack the service or submit code designed to harm other systems. Report content concerns to support@cairn.so.
