Refunds & cancellation
You can stop subscription renewal online in your account. Cancellation and a refund request are different actions. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Subscriptions
Contact payment@cairn.so within 14 days of your first subscription payment to request a refund. Cancelling renewal alone preserves access to the end of the paid period and does not automatically refund a payment.
Mock Packs
The System Design Mock Pack is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. You may request a full refund for an unused pack before the interview starts. Starting the interview uses the one included session; a change-of-mind refund is not offered after it starts. If a service error prevents delivery of the interview or report, we will check the order and help restore the pack or arrange a refund. Email payment@cairn.so with your order reference. The exact scope, answer modes, retention and purchase terms are displayed before checkout under mock-pack-sd-terms-2026-09-22-v1. Applicable statutory consumer rights are not limited.
Credit packs and coaching
Unused credit packs may be refunded on request. Coaching cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled start are eligible for a full refund. Contact support for a coach no-show, service failure or exceptional situation. Any statutory right to a remedy takes priority over these general policies.
How to request help
Include the account email and payment or booking reference, but never send your full card number. We review requests and confirm the outcome. Your bank determines when an approved refund becomes available.
